WASHINGTON, D.C. – A father and son from Gloucester County are accused of participating within the Jan. 6, 2021, riot on the U.S. Capitol.
David Krauss, 55, of Sewell, and Nicholas Krauss, 32, of Pitman, allegedly spent about 17 minutes contained in the Capitol through the rebellion, in response to the U.S. Justice Division.
A 3rd South Jersey man, 39-year-old Russell Dodge Jr. of Pedricktown, is also accused of becoming a member of them contained in the restricted constructing.
About 15 South Jerseyans have now been charged in reference to the riot by supporters of then-President Donald Trump who sought to dam the election of President Joe Biden.
An affidavit accompanying a prison grievance consists of photographs that allegedly present the three males contained in the Capitol.

All three males had been arrested in South Jersey on Tuesday.
