For the reason that Russian military attacked Ukraine, hundreds of civilians have been killed and cities diminished to rubble, whereas tens of millions of Ukrainians have fled their houses.
Nonetheless Russia’s Overseas Minister Sergei Lavrov has advised the BBC: “We did not invade Ukraine”.
Mr Lavrov, who’s considered one of President Putin’s closest allies mentioned: “We declared a particular navy operation as a result of we had completely no different manner of explaining to the West that dragging Ukraine into Nato was a felony act.”
He repeated the official Kremlin line that there have been Nazis in Ukraine. Russian officers usually declare that their navy is “de-Nazifying” the nation.
