The non permanent visitors alerts will direct visitors on the I-95 northbound on- and off-ramps via spring 2024 as a part of the I-95 Northbound Rappahannock River Crossing Project.

Exiting visitors to Route 17 northbound will use twin left flip lanes on the ramp.=
To enter I-95 northbound from Route 17 southbound, motorists will enter twin left flip lanes managed by a brand new visitors sign.

Mission Background
